Order Handling

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During new product drops, restocks, or peak periods, processing times may take slightly longer than usual.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery Timeframes

Australia

- Standard delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch

- Express delivery (if offered): 1–3 business days after dispatch

International Orders

We ship to selected international locations.

- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch

- Timeframes may vary depending on destination and local postal services

Customer & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional clearance fees depending on your country.

These charges:

- Are not included in your order total

- Are set by your local customs authority

- Are the responsibility of the customer

RNNR does not cover or reimburse these fees.

In cases where a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

All international parcels are declared at full value in compliance with shipping regulations, and we are unable to mark items as gifts or adjust declared values.

Pre-Order Items

Some products may be released as pre-orders and will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

Estimated shipping dates are provided on product pages but may change due to production timelines or supply delays.

To receive available items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Shipping Costs


Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in carrier systems.

Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including:

- Courier or postal service delays

- High-volume release periods

- Customs processing times

- External disruptions

RNNR is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Lost Or Delivered Parcels

Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you believe your parcel is missing or stolen after delivery, please contact the courier service directly using your tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping details at checkout.

RNNR cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
